We understand that a content and motivated employee has a higher probability of making significant contributions to the organization. So we make sure a satisfied, highly-motivated and a loyal employee represents the basis of our organization. We feel the growth of satisfaction is reflected in the increase of productivity, improvement of the products’ quality or rendered services and higher number of innovations.

That is why management of B. J. GEO-TEXTILE LIMITED collect opinions of its own employees and never underestimates the dependence between satisfaction of employees and total successfulness of the company in the market. Based upon experience, we have implemented Safety, Health and Welfare policies step by step and we hope to see successful achievements lasting more in the upcoming years too. Before implementation management clearly defines why we are here, what is our aim and how we intend to attain defined target.

 

We established a system for the management of health and safety in the workplace by:

  • Appointing one or more management members in charge of the operational and technical aspects of health and safety
  • Communicating to ensure everyone plays his/her part in protecting health and safety
  • Establishing a procedure to receive feedback
  • Establishing a Safety Committee
  • Adopting health and safety policy and procedures
  • Clarifying supervisors responsibilities to ensure health and safety
  • Identifying hazards regularly, assessing them and taking actions to control the risks
  • Accidents and diseases: investigating them and taking corresponding preventive actions
  • Providing regular information and training
  • Management of licenses, certificates & tests
  • Setting up an emergency response system in case things go wrong
  • Reviewing the performance of the system by top management
